We had the best experience buying not 1 but 2 used vehicles for our kids! We worked with Shant on exactly what we were looking to purchase for our son and he found us the perfect SUV since he didn’t have exactly what we wanted on the lot. The second car was on the lot and checked all the boxes for what we wanted in a small SUV for our daughter. It has been about a year since we purchased both vehicles and we still love them as much as we did the day we bought them. We would purchase from Shant and his team again! Great experience!!

I contacted South Shore Auto Mall to take a look at a ford truck they were selling, and ended up purchasing it. Shant and Carlo are the two who worked with me and they are very nice people and good to work with. The prices on their vehicles are very very fair and there are zero hidden fees, just inspection and doc fees. They completed all the requests I had asked when they detailed and serviced the vehicle (this includes a full gas tank). They let you test drive the vehicle alone , so no awkwardness. I’ve so far experienced no issues with the vehicle. I was told they come with a 3 month warranty/ 5K mile warranty which is always good. Will update post if that ever comes into play. The one small complaint I have is communication. sometimes it was quick, but other times I didn’t receive replies to questions I wrote in thru email. I get they may be busy, but I’ve went days without reply. Communication is definitely key in situations like these and generally I felt like it could’ve been a little bit better. I’m anxious and always like to ask questions. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle from them then there should be 0 worry.

I bought at truck from south shore auto mall in Whitman this June, Shant was great to work with. He had all the documentation on the vehicle history, and was great with communication throughout the process. Based on my experience I Would highly recommend working with south shore auto mall if you are looking for a used vehicle.

I live across the country down south, I was able to purchase my dream car within a few days and the entire process could not have been made any easier. No hidden fees and a friendly staff who works with you and keeps you posted. No issues with taking the car up the road for a pre purchase inspection either, this location does not sell garbage, they do their due diligence before bringing cars onto their lot. Again, they got me my dream car from across the country with no hidden fees and everything was seamless, would highly recommend them to anyone in the US not just Massachusetts.

This review is long over due! I had purchased my vehicle at the beginning of April this year. They were so kind, understanding and cooperative with my situation. They did not pressure me into purchasing or specifics like most dealerships do. They worked with me on any questions or concerns I may have had through the process and still check in to make sure everything is going good. Still waiting on one part to be repaired with back order but thats not on them or in any way shape or form a matter of being in their hands but they’re attentive to the matter which is what matters most. I highly recommend using this dealer and speaking to Shant and his team when purchasing your next used vehicle🤗

I recently got in a car accident, and south shore auto mall helped me out in the biggest way by finding me a car within my budget and being open and transparent throughout the whole buying process, they made replacing my vehicle easier. I will be buying my next vehicle from here.
